Fabrication:

Amhawk has all of the sheet metal fabrication equipment and machines necessary to produce everything from simple cutouts to high tolerance complex bend and multiple piece products. We have complete cut, shear, pierce, burn, punch, bend, form, drill, grind and weld equipment from leading manufacturers such as Amada and Mitsubishi. Most importantly, we have the craftsmen with the experience and skills to engineer the methods that take your needs from drawing to product at the lowest cost and highest quality.

Painting:

We have a complete continuous flow powder and wet paint line for highly economical painting of AmHawk fabricated parts or contract painting of your components and assemblies, with capabilities for both metal and non-metal.

Assembly:

AmHawk provides assembly services from subassemblies to complete product. Typical are sound and weather insulation installation, hardware assembly, logos, signs, or decals, and assembly of small trailers and chassis.

Logistics and Inventory Management:

From AmHawk Express to kanban driven replenishment to spare or low usage parts inventory management, we can provide you with the services to minimize your inventory investment while providing your customers world class service.
